This Endless Sea is a six-screen film installation, housed inside a specially designed coastal shelter, exploring grief and the sea. An intimate experience for one or two people (or a family) at a time, the work creates space for people to gently reflect on their own experiences of grief and loss.
Artist biographies
​
Chloë Smith (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist and all year round sea swimmer. Her work is influenced by choreographic practice, live performance, moving image and installation.
​
Working across art forms and settings, Chloë loves working with people and in communities, and creating spaces that can begin conversation.
