About

Over the last 7 weeks, five Gateshead residents, who are non-professional performers, have been working with artist Gillie Kleiman through a series of online conversations and posted packs of creative materials to develop their own solo dance pieces. The dances that each participant creates will be performed in their homes for an invited audience of friends and families during GIFT.

Join Gillie in conversation with Helen Freshwater (Newcastle University) along with some of the friend participants for a lively conversation about their experience participating in the project.
