PLAY Workshop
By Jacinte Armstrong/ SiNS (Sometimes in Nova Scotia) Dance
Place of Origin: Canada

About
This workshop will combine movement, drawing and object play. It will be fun! Drawing on somatic movement forms, improvisation, drawing, and performance, we will playfully explore embodiment, space, and time through creative practices.
We will work with guided improvisations, prompts, and scores, and hopefully discover the performance hidden in everyday movements. Participants are invited to move at their own pace and ability, while moving in community with others.
